Hospitality Appliances is based out of Hema House. We are on the ground floor, right on Chanwarkar Road in Borivalu (W). It’s a busy neighborhood with plenty of people walking by all the time. Our space isn't huge, but being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move items in and out. We deal with a lot of different machines and appliances, so things can get a bit crowded inside. There are boxes stacked up in the corners and parts sitting on the tables. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where things are when we need them. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most people who come here are looking for something specific for their kitchen or business. We’ve been in Borivalu for a long time and have seen how much it’s grown. The traffic on Chanwarkar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it’s a good location for us. We just spend our day answering questions and fixing things up. We aren't interested in being some high-end corporate office. We’re just a local business trying to get through the daily tasks. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to be all formal about it. It’s a practical way to run a shop. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
