Hirco Ltd operates from 111/112, B Wing, Raheja Vihar, West End, Powai, Mumbai 72. This is a well-known complex in the Powai area. We have a decent-sized space here in the B Wing where we manage our daily business operations. Powai is always buzzing with activity, especially with all the tech companies and residences nearby. Raheja Vihar is a big place, so we are just one small part of it. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have desks for the employees, a few computers, and a lot of shelving for our records. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office where things get done. We don't have fancy coffee machines or a lounge area. Most of the day is spent answering emails and dealing with the logistical side of our work. The West End part of the complex is relatively easy to find once you are inside. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a good rhythm. The windows look out over the complex, and you can see people going about their business. It’s a professional but very grounded environment. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just speak plainly and focus on our tasks. It can get a bit loud when the elevators are busy or during shift changes in the neighboring offices, but we don’t mind. It’s a solid place to be based and it suits the way we work.
