Hey - Day Exports

Hey - Day Exports is based on the 4th floor of a building in Sarvoda Nagar. Our address is A13, right on Sourabh Jain Mandir Road in Mulund West. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with people going to the temple or the local shops. We spend most of our time dealing with export paperwork and coordinating with shipping agents. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and through emails. We handle different kinds of goods depending on what our overseas contacts are looking for. The office isn't very big, and it’s often filled with boxes and samples that we are checking before they get sent out. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with everything, from typing up invoices to packing boxes when needed. It’s a fast-paced environment because we have to keep up with different time zones. Sometimes we are here quite late because of the time difference with our clients. We’ve been in Mulund for a long time and we like the vibe of this neighborhood. There isn't anything fancy about how we run things. We just try to make sure that whatever we are exporting gets to where it needs to go without too much trouble at the customs. It is a lot of sitting at desks, but we keep each other entertained throughout the day.
