Harisons Apparel Llp is right in the middle of Mumbai City on Bomanji Petit Street. We are in the Sukhmani Building, units 71 and 72. The area has that old Mumbai feel to it, and the pin code is 400036. Being on Bomanji Petit Street means there is always something happening outside. The building is an older one, but it has character. We have our apparel business set up across those two units. It is not a massive warehouse, just a focused space where we handle everything. Sometimes the Mumbai humidity makes it tough, but we have fans going. The street outside can be narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have to coordinate with the drivers a lot. We see the same delivery guys every week. Inside, it is mostly shelves and racks. We spend a lot of time checking labels and folding things. It is honest work. The neighbors in Sukhmani Building are a mix of offices and some residents. We try to stay out of everyone’s way. Living and working in Mumbai means you get used to the noise. We just come in, do what needs to be done with the clothes, and lock up at the end of the day. It is a busy life but we are used to the rhythm of this street by now.
