We are located in Block No A/15 in Agarsen Nagar, Malad East. Our shop is right opposite Upvan Tower, so it is quite easy to spot if you are in the area. We’ve been fixing computers and handling software issues here for quite a while. The shop is filled with old monitors, cables, and various spare parts we’ve collected over the years. It’s a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or taking apart laptops to see what’s wrong with them. Agarsen Nagar is a nice enough place to work, though it can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside. We usually have a few people dropping by with their broken machines throughout the afternoon. We don’t have any fancy technicians in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working with our tools and trying to solve problems. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late into the evening. We get our lunch from the small stall down the road and usually eat it at the back desk. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We like the fact that we can help out the people in the neighborhood with their tech problems without making things too complicated for them. It is a good local business to be in.
