H. L. Enterprises

You can find us at 119 Room-5 on the 3rd floor over in Dadiseth Agiary Lane. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we are carrying heavy boxes or files. Being near Kalbadevi means it’s always crowded outside. The street is narrow and the noise from the market comes right up through the windows. H. L. Enterprises has been in this small room for quite some time now. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and shelves, but we have a system that works for us. We know where everything is kept, even if it looks like a mess to an outsider. Sometimes the electricity goes off and we just have to sit and wait or talk for a bit. It’s a very old part of the city, so the building has a lot of character, which is a nice way of saying it’s old. We deal with people coming in and out all day long. Some are regulars and some are just lost looking for another shop in the lane. We don’t have much in the way of air conditioning, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It’s a simple operation and we don’t spend much on making the place look pretty. We just care about the work that gets done in this room on the third floor. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning till the shops downstairs start closing for the night.
