Gupta Kulfi Ice Cream Center

Gupta Kulfi Ice Cream Center has been a fixture here on Syamal 100 - Feet Road in Mazagaon for quite some time. If you walk down the road in the evening, you can usually see our sign from a distance. It’s a simple spot with big freezers that hum all day and night. We focus mostly on kulfi, which is what the Gupta family has been doing for years. We don't have any fancy seating or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. Most people just stand around on the sidewalk or sit on their scooters while they eat. The 100-Feet Road is always busy with cars and trucks, so there’s a lot of dust and noise, but it doesn’t seem to stop people from coming by. We spend our mornings getting the batches ready and checking the temperatures. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy containers and making sure everything stays frozen in the heat. We don't use any high-tech gadgets; it’s mostly just the same methods we’ve used forever. Our staff is just a few guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't do any big promotions or social media stuff. People know us because they’ve been coming here since they were kids. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but in a place like Mazagaon, that seems to be what people like about us.
