Group L

We are based out of Pioneer Heritage Residency, right at D45 off S V Road. Being in Santa Cruz(W) means we're in the middle of everything, which is mostly good except for the traffic on S V Road. Group L is a small team. We don't have a giant lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It's just us in the office getting through the daily tasks. We handle a bit of everything depending on what the day throws at us. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. It’s not the most modern office you’ve ever seen, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here likes long meetings that don't go anywhere, so we just talk across the desks to get things sorted. Working in a residential-style building like Pioneer Heritage gives it a different feel than a cold glass tower. It’s more comfortable, like you can actually breathe. We focus on the work at hand and try not to get distracted by all the noise outside. It's just a regular business trying to stay on top of things in a busy part of the city. We're usually here until late most evenings just making sure the files are in order.
