Our business, Talreja Fashions Pvt. Ltd., is set up in the Avishkar Building. We actually use two units here, number 7 and number 107. The building is located near N. Bharucha Marg on Grant Road (W). It is a busy area of Mumbai, and things are always moving fast around here. Having units on different floors means we are often running up and down the stairs or using the lift quite a bit. It’s a functional space, not something you’d see in a magazine. We have our desks, our equipment, and plenty of work to keep us occupied. Grant Road West is a place where people are always on the go. Being near N. Bharucha Marg makes it relatively easy for us to get around. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with making sure the day-to-day operations at Talreja Fashions run smoothly. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that is just how it goes in this industry. We’ve been in the Avishkar Building long enough that we know most of the people around. It’s a community of workers and small businesses all trying to make a living. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just people working in units 7 and 107, doing what needs to be done every single day.
