Gowardhan - Parag Milk Products Private Limited

We spend most of our time down at 81-A, Mittal Court in Nariman Point handling all the dairy stuff for Gowardhan and Parag. It’s a busy spot right in the middle of everything. We’ve been working with milk for quite a while now and honestly, it keeps us on our toes every single day. Most mornings start early with trucks and logs to check. People know us for the cheese and the ghee but mostly we just focus on getting things moved from the farms to the city stores without too much fuss. It isn't always easy keeping things cold and fresh in the heat. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the office gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork on the desks. We aren't fancy people. We just sit here at Nariman Point making sure the supply stays steady. If you ever walk by Mittal Court, you might see us rushing around. It’s just how it goes in the food business. We try to keep the quality where it should be because if the milk isn't right, nothing else matters. We've got a small team here and we mostly just talk about schedules and delivery routes. It's a lot of work behind the scenes that people don't really see when they buy a packet of milk. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure things run as smooth as possible from our little corner of the building. It’s good work.
