Gokul Shop

Gokul Shop is located at 1 Twin Complex in Marol. Marol is always moving, and being right here in the complex means there’s always someone walking by. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. We’ve got shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling to hold everything. Sometimes I need a ladder just to reach the stuff at the top, which can be a bit of a chore when we’re busy. The floor is a bit worn out from all the foot traffic over the years, but it’s sturdy. We open up pretty early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby offices or the residential buildings in the complex. We’ve become a regular stop for many of them. It’s a straightforward kind of business. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just know where everything is. The air conditioning in the complex helps during the humid months, which we’re thankful for. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get deliveries, but we manage to shift things around. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything. We just show up, open the doors, and help whoever walks in. It’s a good, honest way to make a living in a place like Marol. We like the routine of it.
