Go Green Foods Llp

We are way up on the 14th floor of the Akash Ganga Building on Bhulabhai Desai Road. Being in Cumballa Hill means we have a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the crates of vegetables and the kitchen equipment. Go Green Foods Llp is based here at Plot-89, and it’s a bit of a trek to get all our supplies up that high every single day. The elevator gets a lot of use, that’s for sure. We spend our hours chopping, prepping, and packing things up. It’s a quiet part of Mumbai compared to some other spots, but inside our kitchen, it’s always busy. We don't have a storefront where you can walk in off the street, since we are so high up in a residential and office building. It’s more of a workspace for us. Sometimes we forget what time it is because we are so focused on getting the orders right. The air up here is a little better, I guess, but we are usually too busy to notice. We handle everything from here, from the first wash of the greens to the final delivery box. It is a lot of logistics and timing. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a small team trying to make food that isn't heavy or greasy. It’s practical, daily work that keeps us on our toes in this part of the city.
