We’ve been here at Oberoi Garden Estate in Andheri East for a good while now. It’s a busy spot on Chandivali Farm Road. Most days, we’re just busy getting through the orders and making sure everything looks right before it leaves the door. People know us as Glowfab Fashions Pvt. Ltd, but to us, it’s just where we work every single morning. The building is 1110-C, and it gets quite crowded around here during lunch hours when everyone from the other units comes out. We don’t have any fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s a workspace through and through. The traffic on Farm Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially when the monsoon hits and everything slows down to a crawl. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we’re out the door by six. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us going. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things run. We don't really do big meetings or anything corporate. It’s more about checking the fabric, making sure the stitching is okay, and getting the boxes packed. Being in Andheri East means we are close to everything, which helps with getting supplies. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the place running smoothly without too much fuss and bother.
