Glocal Trading Corp.

Glocal Trading Corp. is situated at 196/B in Gaiwadi, along the busy J.S.S. Road in Girgaum. This area is always packed with people and the sound of traffic is constant. Our shop is in one of those old buildings that has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. The space inside is filled with various goods we trade, and sometimes it’s hard to walk through the aisles without bumping into something. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a warehouse and office combined into one. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and customers who walk in off the street. It’s a very hands-on job, checking inventory and making sure orders are packed correctly. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the doors open for a breeze. We know most of our neighbors, and we often share news over a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of doing business, based on being here every day and knowing our stock. We don't use much technology besides an old computer and our phones. It’s just how we’ve always done it. The wooden shelves are bowed a bit from the weight of all the items we keep in stock for everyone.
