We are located inside the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate at unit 137/A-2. Being in Lower Parel (W) means it is always a busy environment with a lot of movement. Our unit is dedicated to gas equipment, so it’s more of a workshop than a clean office. There are always parts and tools scattered around the benches. The floor is concrete and has some stains from the various jobs we have done over the years. We spend a lot of time assembling and testing different gas fittings. It is often loud because of the work being done in the neighboring units. We have a small corner with a couple of desks where we handle the orders and talk to customers. The air in the estate can be a bit stuffy, so we keep the doors open as much as we can. It’s a tight-knit community here, and we know most of the people working in this part of the building. We don't have any fancy brochures or a glossy storefront. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming to us for a long time. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about the mess while we are in the middle of a project. It is a practical, no-nonsense place to get industrial work done. We’ve been here a while and it suits us just fine.
