We are over here in Sion East, right on the first floor of the Runwal & Omkare Square building. If you know the Eastern Express Highway, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is number 103. It's not a huge fancy place, but it gets the job done for Ghasiram Steel Industries. Most days we are just buried in paperwork or talking to people about orders. The highway noise is always there in the background, which takes some getting used to. We've been at this for a while now, handling the daily grind of the steel business. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take the stairs since it's only the first floor. It's a practical spot for us because of the location. We don't really do much of the fancy marketing stuff you see elsewhere. Most people who come by are regulars or people who heard about us from someone else in the trade. We just keep things moving, making sure the logs are updated and the phones are answered. It's a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how this part of Mumbai is. We have a small team here, and we all know each other’s lunch schedules. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the stuff that comes in and goes out without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much who we are and what happens here daily.
