General Computer

You can find us on the first floor of the building on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road. We are in 102, which is part of the ST Laurn Hotel area in Usmanpura. Being near Esha Bai Fire Works makes us easy to spot if you are looking for a landmark. Our place is full of old monitors, cables, and parts scattered around everywhere. We spend our days looking at screens and trying to fix whatever is broken. It is not a glamorous job and the office is usually a bit of a mess with all the hardware lying about. People come up the stairs with laptops that won't turn on or computers that are making weird noises. We do our best to get them running again without charging too much for the work. The light in here isn't the best, but we have our desk lamps for the small parts. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan going most of the time. We have seen all kinds of computer problems over the years. Some are easy to fix and others just take a lot of patience and looking at boards. We are not some big tech company, just a small shop where we know our customers by name. If your computer is acting up, you can bring it by and we will take a look at it. We are usually around most of the day unless we are out on a call nearby to help someone with their setup. It can be a long day sometimes, but that is just how the computer business is.
