You can find Gemini Ladies Tailors at Shop No 6 in Rahul Nagar, which is part of the Shivkripa Society in Sion. We are located along Jmm Road, right opposite the ATI Complex. Our shop is small, but it’s packed with rolls of cloth and different colored threads everywhere you look. We have a couple of sewing machines that are almost always running, making that steady humming sound that fills the room. There are mirrors on the walls so people can see how the clothes fit, though they’re a bit old and sometimes have smudges on them. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and stitching for the ladies who live in the society and the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a friendly place, and people often stop by just to chat for a minute while they’re out doing their shopping. The ATI Complex across the road brings in a lot of foot traffic, so there’s always something to look at out the front door. We keep a small stool outside for when it gets too cramped inside the shop. The floor is usually covered in small bits of fabric and thread by the end of the day, and we have to sweep it out before we head home. It’s a simple business, and we’ve been doing this in Rahul Nagar for a long time now. We just like to get the stitching right and keep the machines in good working order for every customer.
