Ganko Opticians

Ganko Opticians is located in a very old and busy part of the city. You can find us at D.J. House on Old Post Office Lane, just off Kalbadevi Road. If you know Kalbadevi, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and the people walking everywhere. Our address says Post Box No. 2188, which is an old-fashioned way of doing things, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been dealing with eyewear and lenses for a long time. The shop isn’t massive, but it’s full of frames and testing equipment. It can get a bit hectic when several customers come in at once, and the street noise outside never really stops. We try to help people find what they need without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen generations of families come through our door on Kalbadevi Road. Some come for repairs, others for new glasses. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the inventory inside and out. The lane we are on is narrow, and sometimes the deliveries are a bit of a struggle, but we make it work. We don’t spend money on big advertisements.
