Ganesh General Stores

We’ve been running this general store in Jogeshwari East for a long time. It’s a typical neighborhood shop where we stock a little bit of everything. From morning till night, we’re busy serving people who live nearby. We have snacks, household items, and those small things you always forget to buy until you need them. The shelves are packed tight because we try to make the most of the space we have. It’s a lot of work keeping everything in stock and making sure nothing goes out of date. We know most of our customers by name and we usually have a quick chat while they’re paying. It’s not a supermarket; it’s just a small shop where you can walk in and find what you need quickly. Sometimes the delivery guys come all at once and the place gets a bit crowded with crates. We don't have a fancy computer system, just a bill book and a calculator. Jogeshwari East is a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We don't do any advertising because everybody in the lane knows we’re here. It’s a simple life, opening the shop early and closing late. We just focus on keeping the local community supplied with what they need. There’s no big secret to how we run things, just hard work and being here every day for the neighbors. It's what we do and we're happy to do it.
