Frigorifica Allana Ltd

If you find yourself near the fire brigade station in Colaba, you might see Sidhwa House on N A Sawant Road. We are up on the third floor. Frigorifica Allana Ltd has been operating out of this building for a long time. Our main focus is on frozen goods and making sure they get exported correctly. It’s a lot of coordination with warehouses and shipping lines. The office itself is pretty functional. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and people trying to keep track of container temperatures and shipping schedules. Colaba is a nice area, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. There’s always a truck that’s running late or some paperwork that needs an urgent stamp. We don’t go in for big marketing slogans or promotional events. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure nothing spoils before it reaches its destination. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we end up walking up the stairs more than we’d like. It’s just the reality of working in an older building. We’re a small team, and we’ve worked together for years, so we know how to handle things when they get hectic. We just try to keep the wheels turning and get the shipments out on time. It’s practical, everyday work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else.
