We operate Freshar out of R. A. Nagar in Ghatkopar East. It’s actually at Mr. Pradeep Pathare’s place, number 80/739. Working in Mumbai means space is always tight, but we make it work. It’s a lively neighborhood, and there is always noise from the street or the neighbors, which keeps things interesting. We aren't a big corporation with floors of offices. It’s just a small setup where we handle everything ourselves. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through paperwork. We started doing this a while back because we saw a need for it in our area. It’s not always easy, especially when the heavy rains hit and everything in Ghatkopar slows down, but we stick to our schedule. We know most of the people on our block. Sometimes the courier guy stops for a chat because he’s here so often. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local group trying to earn a living and help out where we can. The room we work in has a few desks and a lot of files. It’s a bit cramped, but it feels right. We’ve learned to be efficient with what we have. If you’re ever near R. A. Nagar, that’s where you’ll find us, just working away and keeping things moving.
