Franke (I) Pvt. Ltd. has its home at Turf Estate, right on Dr. E. Moses Road in Mahalaxmi. If you know Mumbai, you know this is a busy spot. We are in units 4-5, and it’s always a hive of activity. Between the traffic outside and the constant movement inside, there’s never a dull moment. We work with kitchen systems and industrial parts, so our office often has various components sitting around. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly tucked away. We are busy people and our desks show it. We’ve been in this location for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as new buildings go up around the old estates. Most of our days are spent coordinating with suppliers or checking on orders for customers across the country. It’s a lot of logistics and technical talk. We have a small crew here, and everyone wears a few different hats. One minute you might be on a technical call and the next you’re helping move a heavy crate. It’s physical, fast-paced, and sometimes a bit stressful when deadlines are tight. But we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don’t go in for corporate jargon or long meetings that don’t go anywhere. We just like to get the work done and go home. Being near the racecourse gives the area a bit of character, even if we’re usually too busy to notice it. It’s just our daily grind.
