Our office is in the Inizio building, room 607. It’s on Cardinal Gracious Road in Chakala. If you’re coming by the metro, it’s a pretty short walk, though the humidity in Mumbai can make even a short walk feel long. At Flexilis Pvt.Ltd., the vibe is fairly relaxed but focused. We have a decent view from the sixth floor, mostly looking out at other office buildings and the constant stream of cars below. The office layout is pretty open, which means you can hear everything that’s going on. We have the usual desks and a small meeting table that’s usually covered in blueprints or technical drawings. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, and there’s a stack of old magazines in the corner that nobody ever reads. We spend most of our time at our computers or in short huddles talking about current tasks. It’s a professional enough space, but we don’t go out of our way to make it look like a showroom. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used piece of equipment we own. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in a busy part of the city. There isn't any big story behind it, just daily work and trying to stay organized. Most evenings we’re just happy to finish up and head to the station before the rush hour really hits.
