Fenix Granite

You can find us at 194, 2nd C Cross in Domlur, 2nd Stage. Fenix Granite is essentially a yard and a small office space. We have slabs of granite leaning against the walls and stacked in frames. It is a heavy business, and you have to be careful where you walk so you don't trip over a piece of stone. Domlur is a decent area, but our specific street can get tight when a large truck is trying to deliver a fresh load of stone. We spend a lot of our time showing different patterns and colors to people who come in. Granite is natural, so no two pieces are the same, and that keeps things interesting. Our clothes usually have a bit of stone dust on them by the end of the shift. The office is just a place to sit down and write out receipts. We have a computer that is a bit slow, but it gets the job done eventually. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us and the stones. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise when we are cutting or moving the slabs, but we try to keep it to a minimum during the early hours. It is a simple trade that requires a lot of muscle and a good eye for quality stone. We have been here for years and we know the material inside and out.
