Ensemble International

Our little spot, Ensemble International, is Shop Number 37 inside Pakeeza Market. It’s right on Maulana Shoukat Ali Grand Road East. If you’re looking for us, we are right next to the Taj Talkies, which most people know as a landmark. The market is always crowded and a bit loud, especially in the afternoons. We have a small space filled with different items we sell. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get a lot of deliveries at once. We’ve been part of this market community for some time. You see the same faces every morning when the shops open up. It’s a lot of talking to people and showing them what we have on the shelves. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but that’s just the old building for you. We don't do much advertising; people mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It gets very busy on weekends. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy market like this, there’s always some clutter on the counters. We focus on getting through the day’s sales and making sure customers find what they need. It’s a simple operation, really. Being near the cinema means there’s always life around the shop even late in the evening. We just keep doing what we do every day without much change. It is just the way the market works for us.
