Fashon Exims

Fashon Exims is over in the Pragati Industrial Estate, unit 316. We are on N. M. Joshi Marg in Lower Parel. Being in the east part of the district means we deal with a lot of traffic every single day. The building itself is an old industrial structure with a lot of other businesses inside. We are up on the third floor. You have to walk past a lot of other offices to find us. It’s always a bit noisy with the sounds of the city coming in through the windows. We handle a lot of exports and imports, so there are always boxes being moved around. The space is filled with samples and packing materials. It’s not a very polished office, just a place where we can get the work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking the shipping schedules. The heat in Lower Parel can be quite something in the summer. We usually have the windows open, but that brings in the dust from the road. Everyone in the office knows their job and we don’t need much supervision. We just try to keep the shipments moving so nothing gets backed up. It’s a tight space and it gets crowded when new stock arrives. We’ve been here for a while and we know all the other shop owners in the estate. It is just a normal, busy workplace.
