Fashion Konnection

We are situated on Sion Trombay Road, which is a very busy stretch of road. The best way to find us is to look for Church Gate Station, as we are right near there. It makes it very easy for our staff and anyone visiting us to get here by train. The building we are in is right in the thick of things. We deal with clothes and fashion items, so the space is often filled with racks and boxes waiting to be sorted. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just basic overhead strips. We don't have a fancy boutique setup; it is more of a working space where the real business happens. You can hear the trains and the traffic from the road all day long, but you eventually stop noticing it. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea during the afternoon slump. Most of the people who work here live in the surrounding suburbs and rely on the station being so close. It is a fast-paced environment because everything in fashion moves quickly. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around and checking labels. It is hard work and the place is rarely perfectly tidy, but that is just the nature of what we do here every day on Sion Trombay Road.
