Fashion Garage

We opened up Fashion Garage here in Andheri East at the 3rd Cross, right in the 2nd Stage area. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most days start with us rolling up the shutters and dusting off the racks before the sun gets too high. There’s always a lot of traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the clothes. People from the offices nearby stop in during their lunch breaks or after they finish work for the day. We don’t have fancy displays, just piles of shirts and trousers that we try to keep organized. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when it's crowded, but that’s just how it goes. My brother helps out with the inventory and we usually have some chai around four in the afternoon. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of every corner. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most of the regulars know us by name. It’s a simple setup where you can just browse without someone hovering over your shoulder. Sometimes we get new stock on Tuesdays and the whole floor gets covered in plastic wrap for an hour. It’s just us trying to make a living in this part of Andheri. If you walk past the main road, you’ll find us easily enough. We don't do much advertising, mostly it's just people seeing the sign while they walk to the station. That is basically the whole story of this place.
