You’ll find us over at 68/975 in Jogeshwari. We’re on the 7th Cross in Saraswathipuram, which is part of Kokan Nagar. It’s a very residential feeling area, so we get to see a lot of the same faces every day passing by. Our shop isn't very large, just enough space for the counters and some storage in the back for our stock. We focus on computers, so we usually have a few systems running on the test bench to see what’s wrong with them. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big marketing team; it’s just us doing the repairs and selling parts when people need them. The 7th Cross can be a bit narrow, so parking nearby is always a bit of a gamble. Inside, we have shelves lined with old software boxes and new hardware components all mixed together. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we have a system that works for us. We’ve been in this spot in Jogeshwari for a while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It’s a local business through and through. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get to work on whatever was left over from the day before. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we know how to do.
