Exotic Mushrooms

Exotic Mushrooms is located at units 3 and 4 in the Nishant building on Malaviya Road, right in the heart of Parle. It is a bit of a specialized setup we have here because growing mushrooms isn't like running a normal shop. We have to keep the rooms at just the right temperature and humidity, so there is always the sound of fans or misting systems going in the background. It makes the air feel a bit heavy and damp, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs or anything flashy. It is more of a working space where we spend most of our time checking on the growing beds and making sure everything is sprouting like it should. Malaviya Road is always busy with people going to work or the market, so we get a lot of noise from the street outside. Sometimes people pop their heads in because they are curious about what we are doing in here. We just show them the trays and explain a bit about the different types of mushrooms we have. It is a small team of us, and we all do a bit of everything, from heavy lifting to the delicate harvesting. We aren't trying to be a massive company, we just want to grow good produce right here in Parle. It is hard work and can be a bit messy, but we like it.
