Exind Trading P. Ltd.

Our office for Exind Trading P. Ltd. is situated right opposite Hotel Sahil in the Mumbai Central area. It is an incredibly busy part of the city, so there is never a dull moment when you look out the window at the crowds below. We are a private limited company by name, but we don't really act like those big fancy ones you see in the movies. It’s mostly just a few of us in a cramped room with some phones, a couple of laptops, and a lot of empty coffee mugs. The building is older, and the lift sometimes has a mind of its own or gets stuck between floors, so we often just take the stairs to save time. We trade in different things depending on what the market is doing at the moment, so our days are never quite the same from one week to the next. One day we are worrying about rising shipping costs, and the next we are trying to find a new supplier for a client who needs something specific. Being so close to the station means we get a lot of people dropping in to ask for directions or just passing by on their way to work. The noise of the city is just part of the background music here. We have some old wooden desks that have seen better days and a whiteboard covered in scribbled notes. We don't have any polished mission statements or big goals of world dominance. We just want to get the work done.
