Excelsior Properties Llp

Excelsior Properties Llp operates out of Maker Chamber III, specifically in office 154 on the 15th floor. We share the space with Progression Industries, so it’s a bit of a shared environment. Being up so high gives a decent view of the city, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. We handle property stuff, mostly dealing with the technical side of things and the documents. It’s a professional building, but we try to keep things down to earth in our corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in real estate, just trying to do a good job for the people who come to us. Some days it’s just phone calls and emails all day long. Other days we’re out visiting sites or meeting people. The office is usually full of files and folders. We’ve been here a while and it feels like home now. People know us as Excelsior Properties Llp and they know we don't use a lot of fancy words. We just say things how they are. It’s a small operation, really. We focus on getting the details right. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the printer jams, and we just deal with it like anyone else. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here at Maker Chamber III. We appreciate the people we work with and the projects we get to be a part of. We like the challenge of finding the right property for the right situation.
