Eurostar Communications Pvt Ltd is on the first floor of the Kishore Building. We are located at 521 Kalbadevi Road. If you know Mumbai, you know Kalbadevi is one of the busiest places you can find. There is always noise from the street below, with people shouting and horns honking. We’ve been in this building for several years. It’s an old structure with high ceilings and a narrow staircase that can be a bit of a climb. Our office is filled with computers and cables since we handle communications work. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around. We aren't a polished tech firm from a business park. We are right in the middle of the old market area. It’s a bit chaotic but we wouldn't have it any other way. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or talking to people about their setups. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being in this neighborhood. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a screen to say hello. We aren't trying to sound like a big multinational. We are just a local team doing our best to keep things connected for our customers. It’s a lot of hard work but it keeps us on our toes.
