EMPIRE MAITRI FLORA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We’re located in Ghatkopar West, right across from the R City Mall on LBS Marg. Our office is on the 21st floor, room 2105, in the Boulevard 1 building at The Address. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, especially with the mall right there. EMPIRE MAITRI FLORA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is what we’re called. From up on the 21st floor, you can see a lot of the city. We do construction work, which means a lot of time spent on sites and a fair bit of time here in the office dealing with the administrative side of things. 400086 is a lively area to work in. There’s always traffic on LBS Marg, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't the type to use a lot of marketing talk or fancy words. We just build things. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything stays on track. We have a small team here and we just try to get the work done as best we can. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather being bad, but we just deal with it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s satisfying to see a project finished. Being in Ghatkopar is convenient for us since it’s easy to get to different parts of Mumbai from here. We’re just another business trying to make a living in this big city. It’s hard work, but we enjoy it.
