Elite Handles

You can find Elite Handles over in the Chhabra Industrial Estate. We’re located on Bulsroyce Colony Road, right near the Vakola Bridge in Santacruz East. It’s a proper industrial area, so there’s always the sound of metal clanging or machines humming in the background. We make and sell handles, which sounds simple but there’s a lot to it. Our workshop is usually full of inventory and tools, and it can get a bit dusty. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a nice suit to. Most of us are in work clothes, busy handling the stock or talking to customers who drop by. The traffic near Vakola Bridge is usually pretty bad, so we’ve learned to plan our deliveries around the peak hours. We’ve been in this estate for a long time and know the other business owners around here. We don't have any flashy showrooms; we just show people the actual products we have on the shelves. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and everyone has to pitch in with the packing. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a large order comes in unexpectedly, but we always manage to get it sorted. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local business making sure people have the hardware they need. It’s steady work and we like being part of the industrial community here. That's about it for us at this workshop.
