Eastman Exports

Our office for Eastman Exports is at 309 Sujata Chambers on Abhechand Gandhi Marg. If you know Masjid Bander West, you know it’s one of the busiest places you can find. The streets are narrow and always full of carts and people carrying goods. Sujata Chambers is an older building, and we are up on the third floor. It’s a very traditional trading area. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room with desks and a lot of papers. We deal with the export side of things from here. The noise from the street below never really stops. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the shipments are on track. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the stairs are faster than waiting for the old lift. We don't worry about being polished or corporate. We just focus on the logistics. The area is famous for being a hub of activity, and we fit right into that. We take our breaks at the small tea shops nearby. It’s a very hands-on kind of business environment. We’ve been part of this Masjid Bander scene for quite a while. It’s just about getting the work done in the middle of all the chaos. There is always a lot of shouting and moving of goods outside, but we just get used to it. We keep our paperwork stacked up and try to stay ahead of the next day's tasks.
