Our place is located in the P.H.D. Chinoy Building, specifically at number 3. The address is 45-A on Dockyard Road in Mazgoan. If you know Mumbai, you know this part of town is always moving. There’s a lot of activity from the docks nearby and the sound of trucks is pretty much constant. The building itself has a lot of character, which is a polite way of saying it’s quite old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We’ve been here for many years and the office feels like home now. It’s a simple setup with some old wooden furniture and stacks of files that have been growing for a decade. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of the people we work with have been coming to us for a long time. The morning starts with opening the heavy shutters and letting some air in, though the air on Dockyard Road isn't exactly fresh. We handle our daily business without much fuss. There’s a small tea stall just down the street where we get our cutting chai every afternoon. It’s a bit cramped inside when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we manage just fine. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a local business in Mazgoan trying to keep things running smoothly for our regulars.
