Dry Fruit Mart

We’ve been here at Mustafa Bazar for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Savata Marg, and if you know the area, you know how it gets with all the people moving around near 135-136. We just focus on getting the dry fruits in and keeping the containers full. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a bit late because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage. People walk in from the market looking for nuts or raisins, and we just weigh them out. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we keep things simple. The shelves are mostly full of almonds, cashews, and whatever else people are asking for lately. Most of our day is spent cleaning the glass jars or talking to the regulars who live around Savata Marg. It’s loud outside because of the bazaar, but inside we just keep busy with the stock. We don’t have any big corporate plans or anything like that. It’s just us running the mart and making sure we have enough stock for whoever stops by next. Sometimes we sit on the small stools near the counter when it’s quiet. We try to keep the place organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re unpacking new crates from the suppliers. It’s just how it goes in a place like this near Mustafa Bazar. We keep the doors open and just wait for the next person to walk in and buy some figs or walnuts.
