Drugmek Laboratories Pvt.Ltd. is situated at B-60, just off the New Link Road in Andheri West. Being in Andheri means we’re always right in the middle of the noise and the crowds. Our lab is where we spend nearly all our time. It’s a serious place because of the work we do, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed among ourselves. We have all our equipment set up in B-60, and it takes up most of the room. The New Link Road is usually a nightmare for traffic, so we all try to get in early to beat the worst of it. We aren't big on meetings or fancy presentations. We just get to the lab and start our tests or whatever is on the schedule for that day. You’ll often find us in our lab coats, staring at results or cleaning up the benches. It’s not a job for everyone, but we’ve been doing it for a long time. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for filing reports. We have a tiny break area where we drink way too much tea. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but that’s just part of the deal. We like the convenience of being in Andheri even if it’s hectic. It feels like we’re right where the action is. The neighborhood has everything we need, from small lunch stalls to supply shops just around the corner.
