You can find us over at the Old Mahavir Building in Matunga. We are right on the ground floor of Plot No. 22E along Bhandarkar Road. Being so close to the Central Railway station means we hear the trains rattling by all day long. It’s a sound we don’t even notice anymore honestly. The building itself has a lot of history and you can see it in the high ceilings and the thick walls. We started Dipesh Trading Corporation as a small family thing and it has stayed that way for the most part. The space is filled with boxes and ledgers that we still use because we like having things on paper. Matunga is a great area because there are so many good food spots nearby for lunch. Our office doesn't have any big signs out front, just a simple nameplate. We spend our mornings opening up the shutters and dusting off the counters before the first people arrive. It’s a lot of manual work and we don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a little near the window but we just put a bucket there and keep moving. We are not interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to keep our trading business going and look after the people who have been buying from us for decades. It's a quiet life despite all the train noise outside our windows.
