Our office is located at 6 Bn Kapole Nivas on Dr Ambedkar Road in Matunga. If you know Mumbai, you know this area has a lot of history and stays busy from dawn until late at night. We are in one of those older buildings that has been around for a long time. It has got high ceilings and it feels solid. Inside, it is just a normal workplace. We have our desks set up and we spend the day handling whatever tasks come our way. It can get a bit loud with the traffic on Ambedkar Road, but we don't really notice it anymore. We are a small group of people who just get on with the job. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or modern furniture. It is more about being practical and getting things finished. We have been in Matunga for quite some time now. The local chai wallah knows us, and we often get our tea from there in the afternoons. It is a good spot to be because it is easy for people to reach us. We do not try to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just work. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs. It is all part of being in this part of town. We keep our heads down and do what we need to do until it is time to head home to our families.
