We are located in Room A-203 at Rizvi Palace on Hill Road. Bandra West is a lively place to be, and there is always a lot of energy right outside our building. At Diagnostix Computer Clinic Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. It’s a small office, but it has everything we need to do our jobs. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, so we’re a bit of a fixture here. People in the neighborhood know where to find us when their tech starts acting up. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or polished scripts. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to explain what’s going on with their computers. Hill Road can get crowded, but once you make it up to A-203, it’s a bit more relaxed. We keep a pretty steady schedule and try to be here when people need us. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office looks like a place where work actually happens. There are spare parts here and there and tools on the benches. We like the feeling of fixing something with our own hands. It’s what we’ve always done, and we’re happy to keep doing it right here in Bandra. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so people just take the stairs up to see us.
