Di Construction

We are based in the Bussa Industrial Estate, right on the second floor at unit number 217. The estate is on Century Bazar Lane in Prabhadevi, which is a busy part of the West side. Di Construction has been running out of this spot for a while. It’s an old industrial building, so it has that classic work feel to it. You have to walk up the stairs since the lift is mostly for heavy goods, but we don't mind the exercise. Our office is a bit of a mix of blueprints and coffee mugs. We don't have a lot of space for anything that isn't essential. Being in Prabhadevi is helpful because we are centrally located for a lot of our sites. Century Bazar Lane can get quite crowded with deliveries, so there is always a bit of a scramble for parking. We aren't into the corporate image. We are more about boots on the ground and getting things built. Most of our team spends time out on sites, but this is where the planning happens. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity in the estate, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the work itself. If you need to find us, just head to Bussa and look for the stairs to the second floor. We are usually there until the sun goes down.
