DeWall Maisons LLP

We work out of the Adhyaru Industrial Estate in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Our space is 111 on the first floor of the New Sun Mill Compound. Lower Parel is a place where you see old industrial buildings right next to massive new skyscrapers. Our office is in one of those older sections, so it has a lot of character, even if it is a bit dusty sometimes. DeWall Maisons LLP is just a few of us trying to manage the building projects we have going on. It is a lot of logistics and dealing with the various city departments. The office is not very big, and we have a lot of samples of wood and stone lying around the place. It can get a bit loud because of the other businesses in the industrial estate, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of our day traveling back and forth between the office and the sites, so we are rarely all in the room at the same time. Mumbai is a tough place to get things done, and we have had our fair share of delays and problems to solve. We do not use any fancy software to run things. We just use our heads and try to stay as organized as we can. It is just a regular job for us, and we like the practical side of building.
