Deepmala Computers

Deepmala Computers is located at Shop No 2 in the Gokul Monarch building. We are in Kandivali East, on the 17th Cross Road in the Thaku area. If you find Thakur School, we are right near there. The shop is small, but it’s packed with parts and old monitors. There is usually a pile of laptops waiting to be opened up on the workbench. It’s a busy neighborhood with kids from the school walking by all the time. We spend most of our day with screwdrivers in hand, trying to figure out why a machine won't start. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and dusty fans. We don't have a lot of space for customers to sit, so people usually just drop off their towers and come back later. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoon, but we keep the fans going. It’s not a sleek showroom. It’s a repair shop through and through. Cables are hanging from the walls and there’s always a faint sound of a hard drive clicking somewhere. We’ve seen all kinds of problems over the years. Some are easy fixes and some take a few days of staring at the motherboard. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of the people who come here live in the apartments nearby. They know us and we know their computers. It’s just a regular local shop keeping things running for the neighborhood as best we can every single day. We stay open late most nights to finish up the repairs.
