I operate out of Plot No. 102 in the Dhana Arjun Chawl. It’s right on Main Carter Road No-3 in Borivali East. If you know the area, you know it’s a crowded and lively spot. My workspace isn't much to look at. It's just a room with a desk, a couple of chairs, and some shelves for my files. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know most of the people who walk past the gate every morning. It’s a simple life. I start my day by opening up the windows to get some air in, though the noise from the road comes right in with it. Being in a chawl means there’s always someone talking or some music playing nearby. I don’t have a big team or any fancy equipment. It’s just me handling the daily tasks that come through the door. I use an old computer that takes its time to start up, but it gets the job done eventually. Most of my work involves helping local folks with their requirements. I don’t use big corporate words to describe what I do. I just try to be helpful and keep things moving. The chai wallah drops off a glass every morning at ten, which is usually when I take my first real break. It’s an honest way to spend the day in a neighborhood I call home. It’s nothing special, just work.
