Dayaraj Properties

Dayaraj Properties is based at Plot No 144, inside Arun Apartment in Andheri East. It’s a small office setup within a residential building, so it has a very lived-in, neighborhood feel to it. We handle a lot of property inquiries for this part of Andheri. Our room is filled with folders, some local maps, and a couple of computers that stay busy all day. Since we are in Arun Apartment, we are right in the middle of the local community. We often have people from the building or nearby blocks stopping by to ask about rentals or sales. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with owners and tenants. Andheri East is always busy, so there is no shortage of things to do. We usually start our morning by checking the new listings and answering messages from the night before. We have a small kettle for making coffee when we need a break. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below. We aren't some massive real estate firm with glass walls; we are just a local team working out of a practical space. We’ve been at Plot No 144 for quite a while now and have seen the area change quite a bit. It’s steady work, and we like the people we meet every day.
