Databyte Computer

Our shop is Databyte Computer, and you can find us at number 67 on Senapati Bapat Marg in Jogeshwari West. We are located in the B Devan Centre. It is a very convenient spot because we are quite near the Jogeshwari Station. You can hear the trains passing by sometimes, and there is always a crowd of people walking on the sidewalk. Our space is usually filled with open computer towers, tangled wires, and various spare parts. It is not the kind of place that looks like a high-end electronics store. We are more of a workshop where things actually get fixed. We spend most of our hours hunched over motherboards or trying to recover data from old hard drives. It is a lot of detail work that requires a bit of patience. We have been here in the B Devan Centre for quite some time, so the local shopkeepers all know us. If your laptop stops working or your desktop is acting strange, you just bring it in. We do not have a fancy ticketing system or a corporate help desk. You just talk to the person behind the counter. Sometimes we have a backlog of machines to get through, but we work our way through them one at a time. It is a busy, cluttered, but productive little shop. We like being close to the station because it makes it easy for people to drop off their gear on their way to work.
