We are located in Building Number 3 of the Navjivan Society. Our office is 23-R, and you have to come up to the 11th floor. We are on Dadasaheb Bhadkamkar Marg, which many people still call Lamington Road. It is a very busy street full of shops selling all kinds of electronics. The noise from the street is constant, but being up on the 11th floor helps a bit. We have been running Darshan International Agency for a long time now. It is mostly about helping move goods from one place to another and handling the logistics for different clients. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have a lot of paper files and some old wooden desks. It feels more like a home than a corporate office because we have all worked together for so many years. The elevators in the building are old and can be slow, so you have to be patient. We handle a lot of phone calls every day, talking to transporters and customers. There is no fancy marketing here; we just do our work and keep things moving. It is a practical business in a very practical part of the city. We like being in the middle of all the activity, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. It is just how things are for us, and we are fine with that.
